A Gate Unlocked–Explorations in Empowerment engages participants in practices leading to transformation and growth in order to better understand who we are and how to heal our hurts, as well as how to help others more deeply. In this first of four workshops, we explore ancient techniques taught by South American shaman and learn specific practices. We will reach out to levels of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health as we participate in activities including the shaman’s journeys, how to assemble reality, the use of mandalas, and other transformational ceremonies.

This is a powerful, transformative journey of personal healing, ancestor work, spiritual growth, while learning about being of service. We learn how to come into balance in our true selves as well as our relationships to the earth, our work, and our life purpose. Through ceremony and the creation of your mesa/medicine bag within a sacred group, participants in this series heal their woundedness, transform traumas, move through losses, heal family dramas, and resolve issues into sources of their own personal power. The mesa works to help bring us into right relationship with Mother Earth, (Pachamama), ourselves, and all the elements of Spirit.
