A Gate Unlocked–Explorations in Empowerment engages participants in practices leading to transformation and growth in order to better understand who we are and how to heal our hurts, as well as how to help others more deeply. In this first of four workshops, we explore ancient techniques taught by South American shaman and learn specific practices. We will reach out to levels of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health as we participate in activities including the shaman’s journeys, how to assemble reality, the use of mandalas, and other transformational ceremonies.
